Nasacort is an FDA approved treatment for the nasal symptoms associated with seasonal and year round allergies. It helps treat and prevent allergy symptoms by reducing the inflammation of the nasal tissue normally associated with an allergic reaction.
Nasacort is an adrenocortical steroid. When applied as instructed, Nasacort goes to work directly on the tissue inside the nose to reduce swelling, thereby providing relief of the itching, runny nose, nasal congestion and sneezing associated with allergic rhinitis.
When using Nasacort, make sure to shake the bottle well, and prepare the pump on the bottle prior to first use. This is achieved by removing the cover and clip, and pumping the bottle several times until a mist appears. When preparing to use the medication, blow your nose first to clear the nasal passages. Then insert the tip, aiming toward the inflamed tissue of the nose. Press your index finger on the opposite side of your nose, to close off the other passage, and gently spray the medication by pushing down on the actuator. Once you have used Nasacort, take care not to blow your nose for approximately fifteen minutes, to allow the medication to be absorbed. Nasacort should be dosed once per day. Do not increase your dose or use Nasacort more frequently without your doctor's approval. Nasacort takes effect within 12-16 hours, but it may take a few days before the full benefits of the medication are noticed.
Nasacort is an allergy treatment that not only treats seasonal allergies, but year round allergies as well. It can be used regularly to provide long lasting relief in a convenient once-a-day dose. Nasacort is free of fragrances and alcohol, making it more tolerable for sensitive individuals than alternative therapies.
All medicines carry a risk of side-effects. The most common side effects experienced with Nasacort users were nosebleed, coughing, throat irritation, sneezing and headache. These side effects are generally mild, but if any of these become common while taking the medication, consult with your doctor for further guidance. You should report any of the following symptoms to your doctor promptly: weight loss, fainting, vision changes, dizziness and white patchy areas. If you experience hives, swelling or rash, contact your doctor immediately, as this may be a sign of an allergic reaction to Nasacort.
Anyone switching from an oral steroid to Nasacort should do so with caution, and only under the guidance and care of their physician. All steroid based medications may affect the growth rate of children and teens. Parents should consult with their child’s doctor prior to beginning use of Nasacort. This medication should be used cautiously if the following medical conditions exist: glaucoma, herpes infection of the eye, nasal surgery, liver disease, tuberculosis, underactive thyroid, and/or allergies to corticosteroids. If pregnant or breastfeeding, the risks and benefits of this medication should be discussed with your doctor. It is not known whether Nasacort appears in breast milk. Discuss any possible risks to your unborn baby before beginning use.

"When I order Viagra from OakTree, I know it’s the real Pfizer brand pill. Most of the pharmacies online these days, do not sell the authentic medications."
- Frank S, CA
"It is much more convenient and safe to order with you, then go through the hassle of taking time off work to visit the doctor."
